ABOUT THE ARTIST
Lukas Zmuidzinas is a queer multimedia artist based in Portland, OR.
​
Their artworks explore queerness and gender non-conformity as well as themes of community, nostalgia, and the natural world. Lukas takes much of his inspiration for their abstract work from music.
​
Lukas loves to explore different mediums, and has worked with acrylic, watercolor, printmaking, drawing, bookmaking, sculpture, collage, tattoos, performance, and drag.
​
Lukas graduated with his BA in Fine Arts from Whitman College in Walla Walla WA.
